Solely responsible for developing sales for four company start-ups and leading three acquisitions, along with a painful failure (due to some crazy antics of the Chairman).
As a board member of three companies, I have gained the experience to know what it takes from every aspect to build a company, a team, the growing pains, the issues, finances and the complexity but more importantly the absolute priority on ensuring that the pipeline for new business is as strong as it can be.

My aim is to offer ‘first-hand’ support to business owners enabling them to overcome their individual challenges and helping them to achieve their aspirations for growth. There is no "one size fits all", my approach is different and involves getting into the nuts and bolts of my clients’ business, providing practical advice every step of the way. I bring the know-how to make lasting positive changes for my clients.
